Developed for rising seniors (12th graders)–LEAD’s essay consulting program assists students through every step of the college-essay writing process. Over the course of six months, an experienced consultant will aid the student throughout each step of the writing process, conduct grammar and flow checks, set up completion deadlines, and ensure that the final product is of high quality. The program will conclude with a full essay review by a panel of other consultants before the student officially submits their application

Created for rising seniors (12th graders)–LEAD's application consulting program help students create a coherent, well-rounded application. This program includes a thorough review of the Common Application, activity descriptions and emphasis, and development of "personality" within an application. With an understanding of the college admissions system, our program focuses on making an application, on a holistic level, stand out to admissions officers.

This program is designed for all students currently in high school. Creating a strong application is one of the most daunting and obscure tasks in college admissions, and this service is designed to elucidate this process for students. By taking the perspective of the student, we break down the student's strengths and possible areas of improvement. We provide detailed analysis of ways for the student to improve their academic and extracurricular activities by their senior year.
