Meet the Founder

I'm Adele Aharonoff — HR executive, fractional CHRO, and founder of BizCoachGurus.

Over the course of my career, I've partnered with everyone from Wall Street firms to luxury wellness brands, growth-stage startups to global companies. I've built HR functions from the ground up, guided leadership through layoffs, pandemics, restructurings, and everything in between.

And in all of that, one thing never changed.

Managers were walking into the most consequential conversations of someone's career — performance issues, terminations, misconduct, PIP delivery — manytimes, without a single resource to help them do it right. HR would find out after the fact. The damage was already done.

I built LeadRight because that gap shouldn't exist anymore. Not when the tools are finally available to close it.

LeadRight  isn't generic AI advice. It's 25 years of real HR expertise — the kind that knows when to flag FMLA before you say the wrong thing, how to handle an employee who starts crying mid-conversation, and what to document so you're protected later. Systematized, and available to every manager, the moment they need it.
