Political Discipline in CDIC Reports
Note: The three types of issue “political discipline” refers to are marked by dots in three different colors—i.e. the darker the color, the more political significance. Each dot denotes one case; each mutually exclusive “position” can have one case only, no matter how frequently “political discipline” shows up in one place. When multiple key terms exist, each case is identified by the most highly ranked one. For example, when “political discipline” literally appears in a subsection title and at the same time is repeated many times in the following paragraph that elaborates the statement, a.k.a. the subsection title, this case should be marked by only one dot in Zone 2 rather than by many in Zone 4. However, it is possible that there may be two or more cases from different “positions” whose measurements happen to be the same. In this scenario, two dots share one place.
