Le Traiteur – Booking Terms & Conditions

By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following:

1. Age Policy After 7:00 PM

Children are not permitted after 7:00 PM to preserve the quiet and refined ambiance of the restaurant.

2. Outside Food Policy

Bringing food or beverages from outside is not allowed.

An exception is made for celebration cakes (with prior notice).

However, if consumed, Le Traiteur bears no responsibility for any issues, including allergies, contamination, or illness. Consumption is at your own risk.

3. Dining Requirement

Reservations are intended for a full dining experience.

Coffee or dessert-only visits are not accepted.

4. Reservation Grace Period

We will hold your table for 15 minutes after the reserved time.

In case of delay, please inform us in advance. Otherwise, the reservation may be released.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly do so at least 6 hours in advance.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in restricted access to future bookings.

6. Group Bookings

For reservations of 6 guests or more, please contact us directly.

A set menu and deposit may apply for group bookings.

7. Dress Code

We kindly ask guests to dress in smart casual or elegant attire.

Flip-flops, gym wear, and shorts are not permitted.

Traditional local dress is warmly welcomed.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Le Traiteur reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who does not comply with these terms or who disrupts the dining experience of others.
