A family home dating back to 1824. Nestled in the peaceful hamlet of Salzine, within the commune of Asnières-sur-Nouère, our house offers modern comfort in a bucolic, countryside setting.

Family holiday home accommodating up to 10 guests (12 guests if children included).

🏠On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a spacious entrance hall, inviting you to set down your bags and slow the pace. Take a seat on the welcome bench, slip off your shoes, and instantly feel at home.

➡️To your right, you’ll find our large, fully equipped kitchen, a true gathering space. Its central island is perfect for sharing a drink, while two armchairs by the courtyard-facing window offer a quieter corner for reflection. Embrace your stay and take the time to truly unwind.

Extending from the kitchen is the dining area with its generous family table. Beyond the double doors lies a dedicated leisure space: a games room complete with TV and foosball table.

⬅️To your left, settle into the calm of our cosy living room, where the warm tones of Charente stone blend with wooden flooring for an intimate, inviting atmosphere. The comfortable sofa can also be used as an additional bed. A shower room and separate toilet are conveniently located behind the staircase.

🪜Upstairs, you’ll discover the sleeping quarters. A dormitory accommodates four adults and two young children, alongside the “pink bedroom” with a double bed and baby cot, and the “yellow bedroom” with a double bed. A separate WC and a bathroom complete this floor.

🍀In the warmer months, the garden becomes a true haven for relaxation and conviviality. Enjoy barbecues, a game of table tennis, or simply unwind in the hammock or on the outdoor seating area.
