Promotion Application Form for The Holy Family League of Chapters - VEYM USA

Before requesting a promotion, please make sure to:

Read through the STEPS TO REQUEST THĂNG CẤP | PROMOTION and all the REQUIRED DOCUMENTS below
Make sure to have all documentation prepared accordingly
Stay in contact with your đoàn throughout the process (ex. checking in/ following up on promotion request status)

❗ Note that all documents need to be submitted at least 45 days (6 weeks) before the requested Promotion date. We will process and submit your paper to VEYM Headquarters for approval every 1st and 15th of the month.

STEPS TO REQUEST THĂNG CẤP | PROMOTION

Step 1: Download and complete all required documents (see list above, or have them generated and emailed by using Form To Prepare Promotion Package Paperwork).

To expedite the processing timeline, please double-check the following:

SIGNATURES – All documents have the required signatures.
VIETNAMESE SPELLING—The Full names (saint, last, middle, first) of candidates provided in the Excel spreadsheet must have the correct spelling with Vietnamese accents. Certificates will be printed exactly as shown on the Excel spreadsheet.
PHOTOS – Provide a photo of each candidate in full uniform (TNTT shirt & scarf) from the waist up in the Excel spreadsheet. No whistles or award ribbons.

*Make sure you double-checked all documents to include your VEYM Membership ID*

Step 2: Once documents are completed, fill request at http://url.veym.net/LDTG-PromotionApplicationForm or by using the form at the bottom of this page and upload all completed documents.
