+ Walking desks are available in the Union.

+ Stationary bikes are in the recreation facilities.

+ Campus Rec also puts on a week of supportive physical movement including some restorative evening sessions.

Learn more about local trails you can explore on and surrounding UNC's campus!

There are also many biking trails in UNC and within Orange County.
