Lédger® Live Not Opening Guide
If Lédger® Live is not opening, start by restarting your computer or phone and checking that your operating system is supported. Ledger has been transitioning the Ledger Live name to Ledger Wallet, so current official downloads may appear under the Ledger Wallet name.
For desktop users, download or reinstall the latest application only from Ledger's official website. Ledger provides versions for Windows, macOS, and Linux, along with mobile versions for iOS and Android.
If the application previously worked but suddenly stopped opening, try restarting the device, installing the latest official version, and checking whether security software or operating-system settings are blocking the application. Keep your Ledger hardware device disconnected until the application launches normally.
