If Lédger® Live is not showing your crypto balance, the issue may be related to account synchronization, network connectivity, a temporary service problem, or an account that has not been added correctly. Ledger now refers to the application as Ledger Wallet, formerly Ledger Live. Ledger's official support center provides troubleshooting resources for missing balances and synchronization problems.
First, make sure the application is updated and connected to the internet. Reopen Ledger Wallet and allow the account to synchronize. If your desktop and mobile applications display different balances, Ledger also provides a dedicated troubleshooting guide for this situation.
If a recently received transaction is missing, check the transaction on the relevant blockchain explorer using the correct public address. A temporary synchronization issue can prevent the transaction or balance from appearing immediately inside the application.
If the account itself is missing, use Ledger's official account-management instructions rather than creating a new wallet or entering recovery information online.
Security Notice: Never enter or share your Secret Recovery Phrase, PIN, or private keys to fix a missing balance. Ledger warns users to update Ledger Wallet only through official Ledger channels.
