-World is ruled over by an Xerneas, no one knows their name but for the most part the worlds citizens believe that several hundred years ago, the world used to be a barren wasteland, and that this Xerneas used its powers to fill it with life, not only with pokemon, but with plant life, water, things needed to survive. it caused the world to flourish, and as such most pokemon give thanks to it for giving them a world they could properly live in. Most pokemon believe Xerneas to be this giving, kind, all powerful being but deep down he views the citizens of his worlds as mere pieces on a chess board, waiting for the next major event he can cause to send them all spiraling. He finds toying with their existence fun. Sometimes he can choose to visit certain pokemon via their dreams and ask tasks of them. He plays the tasks off as something the mon has to do for the greater good, but most often deep down is just something he wants to laugh about later.
-there are three main groups in this world, the Oran kingdom, the Enigma kingdom, and the Roseli kingdom
-Oran kingdom, believes in strength, bravery and defending those who cannot defend themselves, they respect Xerneas and all it has done for them, but don't make a habit out of celebrating it in every day life, however every full moon they do hold a large feast in its honor
-Enigma kingdom, believes in being able to support ones self, many mon try to take care of themselves. however it isn't uncommon to see them sticking together. though they pride themselves on being independent, the mon are perhaps the most loyal out of the kingdoms to each other. it is unknown by the other kingdoms if they follow Xerneas or not, if they do they are very secretive about how they celebrate
-Roseli kingdom, believes in selflessness and giving to others, as well as respecting the world around them and giving thanks to Xerneas for the world he has given them. it is common to hear the phrase "thank Xerneas" especially after a good harvest or such.
-kingdoms are all at war with each other. tensions were already there before, but it seems the next in line for the thrones have all gone missing, each kingdom pointing fingers and blaming each other. jokes on them though the three royals actually all ran away because they're all dating and couldn't stand how their kingdoms treated each other, and simply wanted to be happy with each other. wow rooster ANOTHER forbidden love story? who could have guessed /j
-story probably ends with them bringing peace among their kingdoms by marrying each other or something idk? dunno, ill need to think up more drama first tbh
