We publish three programs each year. Sponsors may purchase ads in one, two, or all programs. The programs are produced in high quality, full-color print.
Fall Sports Program (August 15th Deadline) - Cheer, Cross-Country, Football, Pom, Tennis, Volleyball
Winter Sports Program (November 1st Deadline) - Basketball, Soccer, Swim
Spring Sports Program (February 1st Deadline) - Baseball, Golf, Powerlifting, Softball, Track
Program Ad Types
Full Page - 7.5" W x 10" H ($650 for 1st ad, $300 for additional)
Half Page - 7.5" W x 4.868" H ($350 for 1st ad, $150 for additional)
Quarter Page - 3.625" W x 4.868" H ($200 for 1st ad, $75 for additional)
Eighth Page - 3.625" W x 2.3" H
Customized Personal ($85 per program)
Business Card - Just a copy of a business card ($60 per program)
Field signs are mounted to the fences around the football, baseball, soccer and softball fields. When a sponsor purchases a football field sign, that sign will be displayed at the football field until the season ends, then the sign will be moved to either the baseball, softball or soccer field (whichever the sponsor chooses). If the sponsor would like to have signs at multiple fields during the same season, there is an extra charge to cover the cost of producing additional signs. Field sign dimensions are 8’ W x 4' H.

Digital gym signs will be displayed in a repeating loop on the 60” video screens on the scorer’s table. Actual dimensions for the display are 30" tall x 50" wide. They will be displayed continuously throughout all volleyball and basketball games. ($350)
