“The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is insight” (Proverbs 9:10).
Lutheran Church of Our Savior (LCOS) in Cupertino offers a Wednesday co-op program for homeschoolers, called Homeschool Together Day (HTD).
The purpose of LCOS HTD is to support Christian homeschoolers by building a weekly community that professes Christ as Lord and Savior and honors the Bible as the inspired, inerrant Word of God. We seek to keep Christ at the center of our efforts through our weekly chapel and a selection of activities and classes that are consistent with a biblical worldview. We aim to build relationships among the families through these shared activities.
Our current group includes newborns through 9th grade (10th grade for 2025-2026). Activities change on a yearly basis but always include a pastor-led Lutheran chapel service, group classes, and free play/fellowship time. We desire to provide a range of activities that enrich our children spiritually, academically, and socially.
LCOS HTD is a co-op community, not an individual class provider. Requirements include parental supervision, active parental involvement, and adherence to the LCOS HTD Participation Agreement. Limited space is available.
