The Lakeview Centennial High School Graduation contract form must be completed and returned to Mrs. Powers no later than March 10, 2023, in order to participate in the graduation ceremony.

It's time to order Caps and Gowns. Visit Jostens.com to purchase graduation caps, gowns, and packages. The company will ship the correct color gown to you. If there are any issues, please contact the company directly.

The counselors will provide a list of eligible collegiate grads to Jostens, and Jostens will ship the correct cap and gown color set to those students. If, by chance, the wrong color is shipped it will be exchanged.

Collegiate Students

Will receive the LCHS Class of 2023 white stole with their order and the blue . The school owns the collegiate stole that will also be worn for the LCHS ceremony (NOT the Eastfield ceremony). Students will receive their collegiate loaner stole at some date prior to graduation and will return the collegiate stole at the ceremony.

Males should wear white dress shirts, ties, black slacks (no jeans), black socks and black shoes (no tennis shoes).

Females are expected to wear nice dresses of an appropriate length or black dress slacks with a white collared dress shirt. Medium to flat heels are suggested because of the amount of walking and standing that will be required. You may wear dressy sandals but no flip-flops. 

Hairstyles for males and females should conform to the GISD dress code.

Facial piercing jewelry, should also conform to the GISD dress code.

LCHS Graduation will be held on May 26th, 2023 at 3:00 pm at the Curtis Culwell Center. Please make sure you completed your graduation requirements so you can walk on graduation day. We hope to see you there.

Parking

Parking for families will be available at the Curtis Culwell Center. Graduation ceremonies for GISD schools will not charge for parking. Students will be bused from their campuses.

Tickets

Tickets are required for admission. Graduates will receive general admission tickets for the family. Everyone, including infants, must have a ticket to enter. 

Note: Once you have entered the building, you may not leave and re-enter.
