LCD Writing Tablet is a digital drawing and handwriting application designed for users aged 3 years and older, including children, families, students and adults.
This Privacy Policy explains how LCD Writing Tablet handles information when you use the application.
Replace Appio Smart, apporbit.apps@gmail.com and any other bracketed information before publishing this policy.
LCD Writing Tablet is designed to work with minimal personal information.
Users may create drawings, handwritten notes, letters, numbers and other artwork inside the app.
Drawings are processed locally on the user’s device. The app does not upload drawings to our servers unless a future feature clearly asks the user or parent to do so.
When a user chooses to save a drawing, the image is stored on the device using the device’s storage or photo-library features.
The app may store preferences locally, such as:
Selected brush
Brush thickness
Selected color
Sound settings
Tablet color
Lock status
Other drawing preferences
These settings remain on the device and are used only to provide the app’s features.
The app may request access to device storage or the photo library only when the user chooses to save or share a drawing.
The app does not access photos, files, the camera or the microphone unless a feature specifically requires access and the user or parent grants permission.
LCD Writing Tablet does not intentionally collect:
Names
Email addresses
Phone numbers
Home addresses
Precise location
Contacts
Passwords
Voice recordings
Camera images
Biometric information
Children’s school information
User accounts or profiles
The app does not include public profiles, chat, messaging or social networking features.
LCD Writing Tablet is suitable for children aged 3 and older.
We do not knowingly request or collect personal information directly from children. The main drawing features are available without registration or account creation.
Parents and guardians should supervise young children when they use device features such as saving or sharing drawings.
Where children’s privacy laws apply, including the United States Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, we aim to collect no more information than is reasonably necessary to provide the application. COPPA imposes requirements on child-directed online services that collect personal information from children under 13. (Federal Trade Commission)
Services likely to be accessed by children should also use privacy-protective defaults and put children’s best interests first. (ICO)
A parent or guardian may contact us using the details below with questions about a child’s privacy.
