Two-dimensional (2D) materials including graphene, hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN), and transition metal dichlacogenides (TMDs) have been recently receiving interest for both fundamental and technological investigations. My group has been focusing on growth and characterization of various 2D materials and their applications for energy conversion and storage devices. Recently, we are also interested in heterostructures consisting of graphene, TMDs, and h-BN.
