●   Maintain accounting books and records.

●   Issue checks and pay bills.

●   Present financial statements to the Board of Directors at meetings.

●    Create Year End financials to provide to LB Youth Sports Board.

●   Primary contact for team and parents of player assigned to that team.

●   Sets up practice schedules, parent communication, runs team.

●   U6 & U8 create game schedule.

●     Must pass background check and complete training courses

●   Secondary contact for the team.

●   Assists Head Coach during practices and games.

●    Must pass background check and complete training courses.

Prior to opening the fields to start their training and game play, the fields take a lot of care and setup.  We are asking parents to volunteer to help our Board Volunteers, that maintain the fields all season, with this heavy lift.  Throughout the season, the fields are lined, mowed, weed-wacked and maintained by our Board.  We currently maintain 11-13 fields per season.  

Season setup requires all the fields and grounds to be prepared for the season. Some of the things we try to get done each season are:

• Weed-wack around the goals.

• Repair or replace any nets and flags.

• Repair or replace any signage.

• Fill holes with dirt and roll the ground.

• Weed and feed the fields.

• Measure & rope out the field lines if they have faded too much over the winter/summer.

• Paint the lines on each of the fields.

     **  If you have an extra wheel-barrel and shovel, in case the fields are too wet to drive on. **
