The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is constituted in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, to provide a safe and secure environment for all students and staff, particularly women. The ICC serves as a statutory body to address issues related to sexual harassment and create awareness about gender sensitization across the campus . To prevent sexual harassment at the workplace and educational spaces.
To create an environment of gender equality and empowerment.
To ensure prompt redressal of complaints through a fair, confidential, and unbiased process.

Receive and redress complaints of sexual harassment in a time-bound manner.
Conduct inquiries as per the prescribed procedure while ensuring fairness, neutrality, and confidentiality.
Organize gender sensitization workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns.
Provide counseling and support to affected individuals.
Recommend appropriate disciplinary actions as per institutional norms and legal provisions.
Submit annual reports on the number of cases received, resolved, and preventive actions taken.
