All products are embroidered locally in Lebanon.
We accept:
PNG
JPG / JPEG
For best embroidery results, high-resolution artwork is recommended.
Standard LB designs: 2–5 business days
Uploaded custom designs: 3–7 business days
Shipping times vary depending on location within Lebanon.
Orders may be modified within 2 hours of placement.
Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
Please contact support immediately if changes are needed.
By uploading artwork to LB, you confirm that:
You own the rights to the design, OR
You have permission to reproduce it.
We do not accept:
Unauthorized copyrighted logos
Trademarked designs without proof of rights
Offensive, harmful, or illegal content
LB reserves the right to reject any design that violates these terms.
Because all LB products are custom embroidered:
Orders cannot be refunded once production begins.
If there is a production defect or embroidery error, we will review and remake the item if necessary.
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
