This Privacy Policy (the “policy“) outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data from the app, and we encourage you to read the policy carefully before installing and using the application on your device. We will not use or share your personal data except as outlined in this policy. By using our app and its services (the “services“), you agree to accept and acknowledge the terms and conditions outlined by our Privacy Policy. This policy is only to be used for the iOS mobile applications WRD Camera Pro and WRD Camera.

The application may access data pertaining to your device solely for the purpose of functionality; for example (but not limited to), the type or model of the device, the current version of its operating system, its IP address and related locale settings such as your language preferences may be used.

We may retain copies of any and all information that you provide to us voluntarily; for example, if you choose to contact us regarding feedback, suggestions, or with complaints using email, or through one of our social media accounts, we may keep a record of all messages as well as your email address or account username for future reference.

Third-Party Frameworks

The app uses third-party frameworks for much of its functionality. All third-party frameworks or software (the “third parties“) used by us are listed within the app and links to the websites or repositories of the third parties are provided for your reference. The third-party websites are not controlled or owned by us, and we take no responsibility for the content, material, or information provided by the websites of the third parties; if you choose to access the websites using the links in our app, you do so at your own risk, and you acknowledge that our policy does not apply to those websites. By accepting the terms and conditions of our policy, you accept and acknowledge that we are not responsible and shall bear no liability whatsoever for the products, services, or handling of user data by any of the third parties used by the application. The third parties used by the app may change if and when a new version of the application is released.

Application Analytics

We may collect and use data from a data analytics service, such as Google Analytics, for the purpose of monitoring the performance, progress, stability, and usage statistics of the app and user interactions within the app to improve our quality of service. Such analytics services may gather data related to how frequently users access a particular service or page, or log crash reports, for example. Non-personal, collective information, such as trends in the total number of daily active users of the app, may be shared with third parties for promotional or other purposes as we choose. The analytics data, as well as other user data, may be visible to the analytics service provider.

Advertisements

The application may use third-party advertisement technologies, such as Google AdMob, to display advertisements. By installing and using the app, you give your consent to us and any third-party advertisement provider to access and use your device advertising identifier (IDFA), and other identifiers, if available, for advertising and analytics purposes. The advertisement technologies may access or request access to your device location for location-specific, targeted advertisements.
