LazyBoard's Release Notes

We're working hard to ship updates. Below is a list of what we shipped in each recent release.

Version 4.11.3 May 23, 2023 (latest version) (New Feature)

• - Adding setting to enable or disable adding phrases to bottom of folders. the default is disabled.

• - Adding setting to enable or disable default coloring for phrase using its folder's color, the default is disabled.

Version 4.11 Mar 22, 2023 (New Feature)

• Add "Save to..." share extension, this extension is beside "Save To LazyBoard" but "Save to..." you have the ability to choose the folder to save in.

• To force LazyBoard ignore curly brackets {} when inserting variables, you should insert backspace before them ⇒ \{ or \}, so as example if you set \{ %CLIPBOARD% \} it will insert the clipboard data included between {}.

Version 4.10 Feb 18, 2023 (New Feature)

• We added Emoji keyboard, click on Emoji button to open Emoji keyboard then click same button again to back to LazyBoard keyboard.

• Now you can move cursor on input text, long press on 'Space` button and move left or right to move the cursor.

• You can move more than one item to folders in onetime.

• You can delete content of Trash, Clipboard, and Media folder from keys list screen, by swipe right then click trash icon.

• Add some feedback haptic on buttons and actions.

• Show Trash folder in keys list screen.

• Replace folder icon with folder's icon Emoji rather than showing in folder name.

• Added settings (on / off) to display keys equal size.

• Added settings (on / off) to sound when click on keys.

• Fix issue of ""Done"" button not appear when reordering items inside folder.

• Fix issue when try to move phrase you will see deleted folders in the list of folders where to move.

• Fix issue when duplicates folders have subfolders and change inside one will sync for another.

Version 4.8 Jun 4, 2022 (New Feature)

• For Pro users: Now you can add more than one Media folders.

• For Pro user: Now you can add at most 5 photos at one time.

• For Random phrase, If you want to paste them by order not randomly, we added switch to activate it, the default value of switch is off.

• Adjust add variables in Add Phrase screen.

• For Pro users: Now LazyBoard saves copied text once you copied it where's LazyBoard keyboard active so you don't need to open LazyBoard app to save them, please note you this requires 'Allow Full Access' to be enabled.

• Fix crash when importing phrases as csv file.

Version 4.7.2 Feb 20, 2022

• Set limit for latest copied phrases in Clipboard folder, you can change it from More > KeyBoard Settings > Clipboard limit. You can set 10, 15, 20, or unlimited phrases.

• Save copied images automatic when open app. You can enable and disable it from More > Keyboard Settings > Automatic Media Saving. The default value is enabled.

Version 4.7 Dec 21, 2021 (New Feature)

• Random Phrase a most requested feature now available in this update. Now you can create more than on phrase with same title, and when tap the phrase will insert random one.

• Now You can add Tab key inside folders.

• Add setting in More tab to show and hide Installing instructions screen.

• Fix crash happen when trying to use Media folder and you have more photos in it.

• Add new date formats: Short Day ⇒ Fri, Short Month ⇒ 11 and Nov, Day ⇒ 22, Year ⇒ 21.

• Fix issue of Globe button disappear in iPad when keyboard is floating.

• When you try to insert value for variables (in placeholder state), you only see Clipboard phrases, but now you will see all Clipboard items including its sub folders.

• Adding ability to delete more than one item in folder or empty it.

• Fixe issue of not seeing phrases in LazyBoard keyboard after adding them in main app.

• Support Syncing phrases between iOS and Android devices. In 'More' tab click 'Export phrases for Android'.

• Add '🗑 Trash' folder, to save deleted phrases and folders, so you can restore them again or delete them permanently. You can find it in 'More' tab.

• Add dismiss keyboard button.

• Swipe right to duplicate phrases and folders.

• Fix issue sometimes happen when saving phrases but they doesn't appear in LazyBoard keyboard.

• Share extension for copying, now you can copy texts from outside LazyBoard, when select text, tap 'Share...' in menu, then tap 'Save to LazyBoard' in share extension menu.

• Support GIF images in Media folder, now you can add and use GIF in LazyBoard keyboard.

• Pull list in 'Keys' tab to sync phrases from iCloud.

• Custom Colors for phrases and folder for users have iOS 14.0 and later.

• Keyboard Settings, keys sizes, hide/show options buttons (ABC, Undo, Search).

• Hashtag reordering, where when tab phrase will be moved to be last one in folder, but first you should enable it in 'Keyboard Settings' screen.

• CURSOR Variable, now you can set cursor position after insert the text.

• You can add nested folder inside folders. so you will organize your phrases professionally.

• You can move folder to be inside folders.

Version 4.3 Jul 13, 2020

• Add Recently Used folder, it contains most recent used phrases, and we added setting for it, if you need to hide it from Keyboard, go to 'More' tab and switch 'Hide Recently Used from keyboard' on or off.

• Add Undo button, to delete phrase rather than deleting char by char.

• Swipe left in keyboard to move to iOS keyboard.

• Bring back Past key instead of Tab key.

• For Tab key, you still can add it as phrase.

Version 4.2 June 24, 2020

• Support localization for Alphanumeric keyboard (Arabic and Thai), so you can use dynamic variable in other language rather than English, in 'More' tab, click 'Alphanumeric Keyboard Language' and select your language.

• Bring Clipboard folder's phrases beside prompted keyboard when insert the dynamic variables to select from.

• Adjust LazyBoard app and keyboard for iPad.

• Add Tab Key, now you can insert tab key in your phrase by this format %tab-key%, and we make it easy for you where you just click %Tab% button that is on top of keyboard.

• Support First Line Subject in Mail app, just insert %tab-key% after first line in the phrase, and when inserting it, LazyBoard keyboard will take first line as Email subject and rest of email as body, make sure you enables 'First Line Subject(Emailing)' in 'More' tab.

• Fix issue happened when import phrases, where Media folder gone when select 'Replace with current phrases'.

Version 4.1 June 2, 2020

• Adding Alphanumeric keyboard, now you don't need to switch to iPhone keyboard we bring it in LazyBoard keyboard, just tap 'ABC' button and enjoy.

• Adding dynamic date, just set your date format like {DATE: dd/MM/yy}, also we mad it easy for you, where you can tap the {date} button top of keyboard to choose keyboard format.

• Adding Day of Week format.

• Fix crash happened sometimes when adding photo to Media folder.

Version 4 May 4, 2020

LazyBoard have one year and here Version 4.0!.

As usual in major versions we have a big update, and in this one we have Dynamic Variables!.

Yes now you can insert your dynamic variables in the phrase and when select this phrase in keyboard will be prompted to fill in.

• How it works:
  It is simple, when you create a new phrase just set your variables between {}, then in keyboard when select a phrase has variables you will be prompted to fill in.

Also:

• Add new date formats.

• Update screenshots for Dynamic Variables.

• Fix crash happened sometimes when remove phrase inside folder.

Let's say Hi to Clipboard folder!

In this release we add Clipboard folder, where it save all your copied phrases! and you will see them as folder in Bokhary keyboard.

Note: we just save your copied phrases to Clipboard folder when open Bokhary app.

Bokhary 2.0 here and new Bokhary keyboard design!, In this version we redesigned Bokhary keyboard, to easily get your phrases!. Now Bokhary keyboard looks like Emoji keyboard, Where folders name in top and its phrases below it, you can navigate between folders by its icon, you will find folders's icons below folders's phrases, hope you like new Bokhary keyboard design.

Besides, we have also new features:

• iCloud sync to share your phrases between your iOS devices easily, go to 'More' tab, and toggle switch to enable 'iCloud Sync'.

• Now you can select more than one key and delete them by one click, Tap ‘Edit’ button in top right in Keys screen.

• We added more colors for phrases background.

• We added ‘Support and FAQs’ section, to help you how to use Bokhary and more, go to ‘More’ tap and click ‘Support and FAQs’

We aim to make Bokhary available in different languages, and we started with Arabic and Chinese Simplified languages.
