Laz u Baz respects your privacy and gives you full control over your account and personal data.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your Laz u Baz account and associated data:

1. Open WhatsApp.

2. Send a message with the text “Delete My Account” to our support number is (+9647504246640):
   +964XXXXXXXXX

3. Include the phone number used to register in the app.

Our support team will process your request within 7 business days.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your phone number

• Your profile information

• Order history

• Saved addresses

• Account preferences

Data That May Be Retained

We may retain certain transaction records for:

• Legal compliance

• Fraud prevention

• Financial reporting

This data will be stored securely and deleted automatically after the required legal retention period (maximum 90 days unless required longer by law).
