Lazada's Supermarket will carry the wide assortment a usual brick and mortar offers to its customer. With its being key differentiators rest on convenience and competitiveness, specifically through the ff;
Assortment of dry, fresh and frozen goods at competitive prices vs offline supermarkets through item discounts and free shipping.
Convenient delivery options either at an instant/P2P or scheduled delivery or at standard 3-4 days from order create date.
Offering all 3 essential pillars will enable Lazada's Supermarket through addressing the new normal of Filipino shoppers.
Phase 0 to be initially available for Robinsons Supermarket until the identified consolidating 3PL finishes onboarding with platform logistics. Fulfillment and order management will be centralized with Robinsons.

Delivered By Seller service type to still be applicable.
Service availability is through syncing with seller id
No change in seller's flat rate despite the additional delivery type and no additional fee for specific slots
RS's flat rate as of 202406 is Php250

Booking process will be housed within the Lazada App
Buyers can select between the 5 available timeslots per day, up to 5 days in advance.
Buyers will not be charged any additional fee for any timeslot available
Fully booked slots will be greyed out and will be unavailable for booking
If buyer triggers a cancellation, slot will open after cancellation is confirmed
Buyers can change their delivery details during the booking process
Buyer Experience - Post Checkout
Buyers will have limited order editing for pre-scheduled orders to maintain integrity of the timeslot management
Timeslot will be visible at order confirmation page
Timeslot cannot be edited after order completion
Order Item/s cannot be cancelled if order has a free shipping promo applied in it
