To enhance and strengthen the use of LazCash/LazRewards, we will be transitioning the issuance of compensation from "PDV" to "LazCash or LazRewards."

Starting July 29, 2024, compensation issuance should be in a form of LazCash/LazRewards.

Note: LazCash and LazRewards refer to the same program; the term varies by country.

The PMP team has completed the creation of the LazCash template in Xspace for all ventures, BPO may start using LazCash for now.

Please refer to this to identify which template you should be using:

LazCash Amount threshold

L1 Agent - 1,700Php

SME/TL/SV - 5,600Php

BPO Manger - 17,000Php

Please take note of the following restrictions:

1. Strictly follow the matrix and select the correct template for LazCash Issuance. The amount should not exceed the max amount that set for your level.

2. If beyond your matrix, kindly escalate the case to next level for issuance.

3. Same Buyer ID can only be issued with 1 LazCash within 10 days. System will auto remind if the limit reached.

4. If buyer is eligible for another apology compensation but 1 LazCash has been issued within 10 days, kindly offer apology voucher to the buyer. (Only when buyer is eligible for 2nd compensation with valid reason)
