Effective July 22, 2024, all LazCash issues and concerns, including Order Mission, Tap & Win, Gamification & Great Battle, Compensation, etc., requiring assistance from LazCash Domain PICs will be handled through Xspace Child Case (SkillGroup: CSC_LazCash). PLEASE REMEMBER TO TRANSFER DIRECTLY TO THE PIC not the general LazCash skillgroup.

● Promotions & Deals > LazCash > LazCash Earnings Concerns/Issues
● Promotions & Deals > LazCash > LazCash Redemption Concerns/Issues
● Promotions & Deals > LazCash > LazCash Refund Concerns/Issues

Refer to the warm tips on who's the PIC that this case need to be escalated to.
● Agent to choose Promotions & Deals > LazCash CR and choose appropriate CR4 based on buyer's concern
● The escalation only happen under these 3 CRs:
○ LazCash Earnings Concern/Issues
○ LazCash Redemption Concerns/Issues
○ LazCash Refund Concerns/Issue
● Once done with the probing, identify which domain does this LazCash issue fall under and choose the appropriate option
● Example:
○ Buyer unable to receive LazCash from the review they send (even though the there are LazCash issuance prompt previously) --> Choose 'Review' domain
○ Buyer unable to receive their LazCash compensation from their 'On-Time Guarantee' late delivery --> Choose 'Compensation' domain
