We will recommend the buyer to turn on their notifications on the Lazada App to receive timely "Extend" reminders before orders are auto-confirmed.

Many customers disable notifications and subsequently miss these reminders, leading to requests for manual BCB reopening, which can be risky. Therefore, it's crucial to educate customers about this feature. Once an order reaches auto-confirmation (agents can't reopen due to associated risks), customers will understand the importance of enabling notifications and extending if necessary for future orders.
