Pet Photography

Real photos of your real dog — goofy, sweet, and totally themselves. As someone who spends every day with dogs, I know how to keep them relaxed and engaged so their personality shines through. Sessions are 1–2 hours at a park, in your home, or a location of your choosing, and you walk away with 100 edited photos that actually capture who your pet is.

Overnight Boarding

$90 per Night

A home-away-from-home experience for your pet. Overnight boarding includes personalized care, exercise, enrichment, feeding, and plenty of attention in a safe, comfortable setting. Whether your pet loves to play or prefers a quieter pace, their stay is tailored to their individual needs so they feel relaxed, cared for, and right at home.

how do i get started?

Contact me to schedule a free meet-and-greet so we can discuss your pet's needs, routine, and determine if we're a good fit.

Will i recieve updates during visits or boarding?

Yes! I provide photos and text updates so you can stay connected with your pet while you're away. I also provide live location using "find friends" during walks so you are always aware of your pet's location and walking route.

What happens in an emergency?

If a medical emergency occurs, I will immediately contact you and seek veterinary care as needed based on the vetrinary contact you provide during your client intake process.

are you insured?

Yes. Layn Unleashed is insured through Pet Care Insurance (PCI), providing added peace of mind for clients and an extra layer of protection while your pets are in my care.

What is your cancellation policy?

For Dog walks, drop in visits, training sessions, and daycare: Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the total booking price.

For Boarding and Photography sessions: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the total booking price.

Is there a late booking fee?

A $10 late booking fee applies to any walk, drop-in, or training session added less than 24 hours in advance.

Last-minute boarding requests (booked less than 24 hours in advance) are subject to a $30 rush fee.

Animals have been at the center of my life for as long as I can remember. What started as a love for pets grew into years of hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, personalities, and needs.

Over the years, I've fostered 6 dogs and 18 cats (and counting), helping animals transition from shelters and difficult situations into loving forever homes. Through rescue work, I've gained experience with everything from shy and fearful animals to energetic puppies, senior pets, medical cases, and behavioral challenges. Every animal is different, and I love getting to know what makes each one unique.

In addition to fostering, I've provided professional pet care through Rover, Wag!, and pet care companies across Texas, Georgia, and New York. Today, I also serve as a foster mentor and advisor with Every Last One Rescue, helping other foster families navigate training, behavior, and day-to-day care challenges. We exclusivley rescue Boroughbred pups from the NYACC, where I volunteer as a Dog Companion as well!

I'm certified in Fear Free Shelters and New York ASPCA Animal Care Standards, and I'm continually expanding my education through additional animal care and training certifications. My approach is built around positive reinforcement, low-stress handling, clear communication, and creating a safe environment where pets can feel comfortable, confident, and cared for.

Whether your pet needs a quick walk, overnight care, or simply a trusted companion while you're away, my goal is always the same: to treat them with the same patience, attention, and compassion I'd want for my own.
