By downloading or using Layerly ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using Layerly, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these terms.
2. License
Berlynx grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Layerly on your Android device. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reverse engineer the app or any part of it.
3. Content You Create
You retain full ownership of all content you create using Layerly. Content created with Layerly may be used freely for personal and commercial purposes.
4. In-App Purchases
Layerly offers an optional one-time lifetime purchase called Layerly Pro. All purchases are processed securely by Google Play. Layerly Pro is tied to your Google Play account. All sales are final and subject to Google Play's refund policy. We do not store any payment or billing information.
5. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. All image processing in Layerly happens entirely on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to any server. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use Layerly to create content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene or that infringes on the rights of others.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Layerly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Berlynx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
