All image editing and processing happens entirely on your device. Your photos, edited images and creative content are never uploaded to our servers, stored remotely or shared with third parties.

You can use Layerly without creating an account.
On-Device Processing
Layerly uses on-device image processing and machine learning technologies to create visual effects such as text-behind-subject effects. Processing occurs locally on your device and your images do not leave your phone during editing.

These permissions are never used to collect or upload your photos.
Purchases and Premium Features
Layerly offers optional premium features through a one-time purchase.
All payments are securely processed by Google Play. Layerly does not receive or store your credit card information or payment credentials.

Layerly is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Pricing, Cancellation, and Refunds
Layerly Pro is offered as an optional, one-time lifetime purchase. All financial transactions and payments are securely handled exclusively by Google Play Billing. As such, all cancellation and refund requests are governed by and processed according to the official Google Play Refund Policy. Users can request refunds directly through their Google Play account history.
