My research is motivated by a simple belief: people matter. The way organizations attract, retain, and empower their people shapes not only firm performance, but also broader outcomes for industries and society. More specifically, I examine how HR policies and practices, governance mechanisms, and legal frameworks independently and interactively shape employee experiences, inclusion, and workplace outcomes. My research spans two closely connected areas: strategic human capital management and business ethics. By bringing these perspectives together, I examine how firms manage talent, navigate legal constraints, and make ethical strategic decisions in complex, real-world environments.
