He started his practice at Mumbai & Navi Mumbai Courts and after successfully establishing his offices & associates there within 3.5 years of practice, inaugurated the Firm’s Principal Office at Noida (Delhi NCR) at a prime location in November 2021, with a career aspiration to take up matters at The Supreme Court of India besides having a local office to cater to the Delhi & Delhi NCR Region too. He continues to represent his clients in matters before Delhi, Delhi NCR, Mumbai & Navi Mumbai Courts & Tribunals.

He has been into advisory and litigation since last 26 Years with a result oriented approach. He has done Law from Delhi University and is actively involved in handling matters at the District Courts of Delhi and has extensive expertise in handling Criminal & Civil matters. With a wealth of experience and a keen understanding of the law, he has demonstrated exceptional dedication and expertise in representing our clients.

Advocate Pramit Saxena is a Senior Partner with the firm. He has been working at The Hon’ble Supreme Court since 1995 and has been an Advocate-On-Record at The Supreme Court since the year 2011.

He has a litigation experience of 28 years and has been extending his services to Individuals, Corporates including Private and Government Organizations.

He has been arguing several Special Leave Petitions (SLP) arising out of Civil, Criminal, Corporate, Consumer, Land Acquisition and Service Law. In the legal fraternity, he is considered as one of the best Advocates experienced to handle Writ Petitions at The Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

He is empanelled with various renowned Government Organizations as a category “A” Legal Consultant and has handled various Arbitration and Conciliation matters too in areas of contractual matters, Arbitration and Conciliation and Land acquisition matters.
