LawnGuy Privacy Policy

LawnGuy is a mobile app for lawn care operators to manage clients, scheduled jobs, and payment status.

Information We Collect

LawnGuy may collect and store the following information:

• Account email address

• Business name

• Client names

• Client phone numbers

• Client addresses

• Client notes

• Job scheduling details

• Job service type

• Job status

• Payment status and payment method labels

How We Use Information

We use this information to provide the app’s core features, including:

• Managing client records

• Scheduling lawn care jobs

• Tracking job status

• Tracking whether a job is paid or unpaid

• Displaying client and job history

Payment Information

LawnGuy does not currently process payments inside the app.

The app may allow users to manually record payment status and payment method, such as cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or card. LawnGuy does not collect or store card numbers, bank account numbers, or payment credentials.

Data Storage

LawnGuy stores app data using Supabase, a cloud database and authentication provider.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell user data.

We may share data only with service providers needed to operate the app, such as hosting, authentication, database, or app store services.

User Control and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account or app data by contacting:

Children’s Privacy

LawnGuy is not intended for children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect app data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
