Mr. Shoaibur Rahman Shoaib started his career as an Advocate in early 2012, With more than 7 years of experience in legal proceedings. In his areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, general civil & criminal matters, Corporate matters, taxation, company & business formation & also in-depth knowledge on emerging laws & regulations. He was acting as the District Convener of Law Support Center for Human Rights (LSCHR), Cumilla District, Bangladesh. Later, He perform as the District President of LAW SUPPORT CENTER FOR HUMAN RIGHTS (LSCHR), Cumilla District, Bangladesh since 2012. Moreover, He also provided legal advice and assistance on a regular basis to several corporation’s and the other commercial sector’s including Real Estate, Insurance, Financial- Consultants Institutions, Agro- Fisheries etc. He is pleased to serve with his professional clients such as, Gold Silver Homes Limited & Silver Developers Limited, Baira Life Insurance Company Limited, Green Banking Consultants Home Limited, JKS International Company Limited etc. Because of his professional excellence he has became relied with these sectors for conducting their important legal matters both in the High Court Division and in the District Court. Mr. Advocate Shoaib Rahman is young politicians. He is quite popular in his hometown as well as other parts of Bangladesh. He had been participated as a Mayoral Candidate by PROGRESSIVE DEMOCRATIC PARTY- PDP from his hometown in the Comilla City Mayoral Elections held on March 30, 2017. Later, He had been nominated as a MP Candidate by PROGRESSIVE DEMOCRATIC PARTY- PDP from his home constituency, Cumilla- 06 (Adarsha Sadar) in the 11th National Parliamentary Elections 2018. But Political Instability he decided to withdraw both of his candidature.

EARLY LIFE & EDUCATION:

Mr. Advocate Shoaib Rahman born in dignified Muslim family and family of academics. He belongs to a prominent family of Lawyers and is the third generation lawyer in the family. Legal Profession was founded by Shoaib Rahman in 2013 following his family tradition that dates back to 1960s all the way to his grandfather, Late Azizur Rahman Advocate.

Shoaib Rahman’s grandfather and head of family, Late Mr. Azizur Rahman Advocate was a Eminient Lawyer and Veteran Politician. He was a revered figure in the legal field and he was a reputed lawyer of the Cumilla District Bar Association having practice life of more than 35 years contribution in legal service. He joined Cumilla District Bar Association (CDBA) as an Advocate torch bearer of his time. Late Mr. Azizur Rahman Advocate was a political personality and a courageous and a eloquent. Mr. Advocate Shoaib Rahman is the younger grandson of Late Azizur Rahman Advocate and also followed the same legacy.

Shoaib Rahman‘s uncle and younger son of Late Mr. AZIZUR RAHMAN ADVOCATE , Mr. AKM IQBAL KABIR is an Advocate, he enrolled and joined his Law Practice in 2000. He is a quite Senior regular practitioner Lawyer of the Cumilla District Bar Association (CDBA) and also followed the same legacy and he is the 2nd (Second) generation from his family in the law profession. AKM Iqbal kabir Advocate has also a political personality. He got involved in politics from his student life in 1985. While studying in the Law College he was elected as the Vice-President (VP) of Cumilla Law College in 1992. Later, he participated as an Independent MP Candidate from his home constituency, Cumilla- 03 (Muradnagor) in the 8th National Parliamentary Elections 2001. They belongs to a prominent family of Advocates who has a tradition of providing legal service since 1960’s.

Before engaging into professional law practice Mr. Shoaib obtained nationally or internationally recognized professional qualifications those are necessary to practice with very high skills as a lawyer in a common law jurisdiction. He successfully completed his undergraduate academic law degree, Bachelor of Laws [Legum Baccalaureus; LL.B.(Hons.)] and post graduate academic law degree, Master of Laws (Magister Legum or Legum Magister; LL.M.) from the Northern University Bangladesh (NUB) and afterwards he completed his postgraduate academic business degree, MBA in Human Resource Management from the Dhaka International University (DIU). He passed his secondary schooling & higher secondary school from the Comilla Modern High School & Comilla Govt College respectively.

As a professional Lawyer firstly he enrolled himself as an Advocate with the Bangladesh Bar Council and also became a member of the District Bar Association, Cumilla, Bangladesh. Once enrolled with Bangladesh Bar Council as an Advocate, Mr. SHOAIB RAHMAN started legal profession by his family tradition in the name and style of the law chamber i.e. “LAW CASTLE (LC)- ADVOCATE AZIZUR RAHMAN & ASSOCIATES” since the end of 2013. He enrolled as an Advocate of the Cumilla District Court and the High Court Division of Bangladesh Supreme Court in the Year 2013 and 2018 respectively. He has been practicing as an Advocate in the district court for more than 7 years and in this tenure of his law practice he has become able to develop a very high reputation to the professional community.
