On 28th May 2025, the Law Artigence Cell of Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be) University, New Law College, Pune, in collaboration with ASCL, Pune, successfully organized a Faculty Development Programme on Artificial Intelligence Tools. The session featured Mr. Keshav Maheshwari, Chief Growth Officer at Sara AI, as the keynote speaker, who delivered an engaging and insightful talk on the evolving role of AI in the legal domain. The programme aimed to enhance the understanding and application of AI-driven tools among faculty members to strengthen their academic and research capabilities. The event was convened by Dr. Ujwala Bendale, Dean & Principal (I/c), and co-convened by Mr. Gokul Narayan, Mrs. Shuchi Nagpal, and Dr. Rashmi T. Dubey.
Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), New Law College, Pune, which has been accredited with “A++” grade in 2024 by NAAC and holds Category-1 University Status by UGC, invites submissions for a special issue of the Bharati Law Review (ISSN: 2278-6996) on the theme "Artificial Intelligence: Reshaping Society & Law." This edition is being published in collaboration with the Law Artigence Cell of the college and aims to provide a platform for intellectual engagement on the transformative impact of artificial intelligence on society and the legal framework.
The last date for abstract submission is 20th May 2025, and the notification of acceptance will be given by 30th May 2025. The final paper, along with the plagiarism report (with a maximum of 10% similarity), must be submitted by 15th June 2025. The word limit for abstract submission is 400 to 500 words, and for the final paper, it is 4000 to 5000 words. Authors are required to adhere strictly to the formatting guidelines: use Times New Roman font with size 14 for headings and size 12 for content, line spacing of 1.15, and margin spacing with left and right indent set to 1.5. The citation methodology to be followed is Bluebook 21st Edition, and footnotes are compulsory.
The registration fees are categorized as follows. For in-house college participants, faculty authors will be charged ₹500 for single authorship and ₹1000 for co-authorship. Students will be charged ₹400 for single authorship and ₹600 for co-authorship. For guests, professors will be charged ₹1500 for single authorship and ₹2500 for co-authorship, whereas student authors will be charged ₹700 for single authorship and ₹1200 for co-authorship.

This conference was addressed by eminent speakers from Nation & Abroad thereby strongly interpreting & demanding vital laws related to Artificial Intelligence.

Thus, inorder to impart as to how to undertake systematic investigation of facts and related data Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University,New Law College alongwith Social Science & Management Welfare Association,Jabalpur & through Law Artigence Cell of NLC organized- 3 Days Global Conference on Research:A Systematic Investigation dated 31st January, 1st & 2nd February,2025.

Cell) , Pune in collaboration with Social Science Management & Welfare Association, Jabalpur organized Two Days International Conference on Technology-A recent trends on 15th & 16th October, 2022 under the guidance of Dr. Ujwala Bendale, Dean & I/C Principal .The Conference aimed at construing Technology (including the concept of Artificial Intelligence) in context of Law & Judiciary.
In order to keep the students intact to Dharma’s concept along with the learnings incurred through law school, the Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed (to be) University, New Law College, Law Artigence Cell (A.I. Cell) under the guidance of Dr. Ujwala Bendale, Dean & I/C Principal organized a value-added session for the inner-self enhancement of the students of 1st year & 2nd year of law. The concept of Dharma was annexed with the concept of Family Law viz., Marriage, Divorce & Live in Relationship.
For the said purpose Sanatan Dharma Das from Iskcon Temple, Pune was invited as a Guest speaker who enlightened our students with the slokas & few knowledge of Dharm Shastras in relation to Family Law.

One among these field is the field of Law. With the advent of advanced devices comprising of A.I. features we can witness number of crimes happening around us with the use of new technical devices & thereby demanding a drastic change in IPR & Cyber Laws.
So through this First A.I. based Quiz Competition -2023 organized on 11th February, 2023 by Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University, New Law College, Law Artigence Cell (A.I. Cell), Pune, we alongwith the students have tried to explore the impact of Artificial Intelligence on Law.

C-DAC is the only organization in India which has made the India proud by giving Supercomputer like Param Series.This Industrial Visit of students of B.A. & BB.A LL.B Second Year turned out be a de novo learning and experience of ICT.

In today's era Digitalization is setting up it's mark in a permanent mode in everyone’s life thereby strengthening and easening our life in one way and on other hand without any doubt its continuous use is impacting Mental Health of the individual too.
So it’s becoming the need of the hour that we should get into the use of the digital world in an amicable manner thereby balancing the presence of both the offline and online mode of activities and work in our life. With this motto Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), New Law College, Pune along with ZEP Foundation, an NGO, Mumbai is towards promoting the idea of World Digital Detox Day by entering into Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the said esteemed NGO. The very vital purpose of the MOU is to strengthen the power of mind and to keep the human mental ability intact while taking the assistance from digital world.
