Who WE are

Established in 2023 by Crosscultureel and Law4Sustainability, the Fair ESG Initiative (FESGI) is a non-profit consortium dedicated to enhancing the reliability of ESG data and impact assessments. 

Partnering with academics, businesses, investors, governments and multilateral organisations across the Netherlands, China, the United States, Germany and South Africa, we embed cultural expertise into ESG reporting and rating across the Global South and North.

Our work is recognised by leading outlets and institutions, including China Daily, China Securities Journal, Sany Group’s Internal Journal, the Sino Research Institute of Green Finance, and the Shengchi International ESG Institute.
