Three types of spinning top observations offer a strong clue about law of inverse, but it is far from enough to claim the exist of the law. One or more experimental design is required to support the claim of inverse law. The name for the experimental device is “inverting top”
Before laying out the experimental design, we need a clear understanding two terms: falling and falling force. Gravity is a falling force for spinning top, but it is not the only one. Attractive magnetic force could be a falling force also; but we seldom use it for spinning top because it is too strong for spinning top to have fun with. For experimental purpose, we needs a strong magnetic falling force to compare with weaker gravity falling force. The advantage of magnetic force is the direction of the force artificially controller. The term of falling force would be used often in the experimental device for law of inverse. Sometime the falling force is specified as gravity or magnetic falling force. And some other time two different kind of falling force would be used together to observe effect of each falling force contributing to the final result.
Fig.15 explain both gravity and magnetic falling force separately. Fig. 15a is gravity falling force, and spinning top is balancing at the upright direction. Fig. 15b shows supporting base is no longer horizontal or tilting, but it does not affect the direction of falling force or gravity, so balance direction of top still stay at upright position. Fig. 15c spinning to is not playing or already fall. At resting position, spinning top has two or more solid contact points to the base. Fig. 15d. is a spinning top playing at upright direction, but the falling force is a strong attractive magnetic force rather than gravity force, which is ignored due to much weaker magnetic force. Unlike supporting base in Fig. 15b, tilting magnetic base in Fig. 15d would change the direction of magnetic falling force and upright direction of the magnetic falling force. The spinning top look like tilting to viewer but actually the top is playing at the upright direction of magnetic falling force.
In Fig. 15e, spinning top looks like upright position, but it is fall under magnetic falling force because it is not balancing at opposite direction of magnetic falling force plus there are two contact point to the base. Therefore, spinning top is falling or balancing is depending on the direction of falling force. We have used to the wrong rules or law that spinning top only balance at upright direction. The invention of inverting top demonstrate top able to balance at any direction. With wrong physics law for spinning top, experts would think the inverting top a hoax or impossible. Without know enough physics, average people see nothing wrong with invention of inverting top..
The best part for magnetic falling force is its artificially changeable directions, so the author take the advantage of magnetic falling force to reveal the true law for spinning top physics.
Definition for the law of inverse:
the playing of spinning top is always balance or stabilize at the opposite direction of falling force, which could be any kind of force able to make spinning top to fall or making spinning top to have more than one solid contact points. Conventional falling force for spinning top is limited to gravity only; newly manipulating magnetic falling force become very useful for experimental purpose.
In Fig.16a, three playing spinning tops are fast moving toward a planet. The spinning orientation of three tops are parallel to each other. However, three tops would land three different locations on planet. The angle between gravity 1 and gravity 3 is about 90 degrees; the angle between gravity 1 and gravity 2 is about 45 degrees. Right before the landing, the orientation of three spinning tops in Fig.16b are still parallel to each other, also before tops touch the ground, they do not follow the law of spinning top physics, so they are just spinning object in space. After landing, top 1 and top 3 begging precession upward because it is tilting landing and spinning top physics applied. Top2 land at upright direction direct, so there is no need for precession . After a short period of time (from few second to minutes) top1 and top 3 also reach the upright direction inFig.16c. All three spinning tops are balance at opposite direction of their own local gravity. The oriental angle between top1and top3 is about 90 degrees also. After landing on supporting surface, balance direction of spinning top is predictable, opposite direction of gravity. Moving from tilt position to upright require energy. There is no external energy to help the spinning top reach its goal. Top has use its owner energy or force to do the job. Our science is not able name for force because no expert in the world know about the force.
The law of inverse allow spinning top have two characteristics:
- Just like human or balancing robot, spinning top has a goal of balancing at opposite direction of falling force or gravity. Human or balancing robot require a balance system to achieve the goal. Spinning top only need the law of inverse to do the same job.
- Just like human or balancing robot, spinning top works actively for the goal. Known law of physic think top could only work passively just like how gyroscope work. The theory behind the law of inverse would make reader to understand easily how tops able to work actively.
Base on the definition of inverse law, a simple device (Fig.17) could be build for comparing effect of two different kind of falling force: gravity and attractive magnetic falling force. Gravity falling spinning top(Fig.17a) and magnetic falling spinning top(Fig.17b) are playing on a same long base. There is magnetic disk under spinning top to provide magnetic falling force(Fig.17b). The force between the top and the magnetic disk has to be an attraction force. When the base is resting horizontally, the direction of both gravity and magnetic falling force is point vertically downward. Base on the law of inverse, both spinning tops should balance at upright to readers, which is opposite to both falling force. Of course, the play with magnetic falling force would not last long time because magnetic force is much stronger than gravity force. If horizontal base is turned for about 10 degrees into a slope position, the direction of gravity force is still the same, but the direction of magnetic force (Fig.16b) would change for 10 degrees along with the base. According to the law of inverse, the magnetic falling spinning top should balance at opposite direction of magnetic force or magnetic top stabilize at a tilt direction 10 degree away from vertical line. Throughout our science history, we never have a theory able to stabilize a spinning top at a tilting direction. As mentioned earlier, whenever spinning top play at a tilting direction, it always precession or wobbling. The only time for top to be stabilized at upright position. Stabilize at a tilting direction is considered as a fantasy, science fiction or hoax because it never happen until the discovery. . With magnetic falling force 10 degrees tilting away from vertical line, the upright direction of magnetic force is also 10 degrees tilting away from vertical line to the readers. Therefore, the magnetic falling force spinning top is still balance at upright position, but it is for magnetic falling force rather than gravity falling force.

The author has been trying to share the video recording of inverting top to public through YouTube and then receive very negative respond because the inverting top looks like 100% hoax to anyone who has enough knowledge in physics. This is the reason for author to apply U.S. Patent for the invention to make inverting top more much more credible than it looks. The patent # serves as a searchable trusted public documents for convincing experts to realize the historical science mistake or a missing link. Unsurprisingly, the patent examiners was doubt on the invention also and did search on the matter and conclusions the inverting top is defying the know natural law. In order for the patent applications to be continued, a prototype of inverting top need to be sent to patent office to make sure the invention really works in reality.

The fantasy in Fig. 19a has been passed the boundary between the fantasy and reality into the real world. The action of inverting top indeed violates the law of our science in spinning top physics. There are three choices we could do about inverting top:
1. Sending it back to fantasy.
Fantasy become reality is possible,but with very very small chance. Fantasy allow unlimited imaginations and ideas, maybe one of millions or one of billions match the law of nature by chance. Once a match found, we could not send it back because nature never change. Theory of relativity was come from fantasy also, there was a lot rejection at beginning, after so many years, our science treat is it as a biggest treasure.
2. Ignoring it exists.
Natural selection favorite the people who has curiosity trait. So smart people would not ignore somethings that is violating the law of our science. They would like to find out how could inverting top able to defying the law.
3. Fix the flaw in our science.
Fix the flaw in our science is the best choice to make our science healthier and stronger. The reason for our science rejecting inverting top is because the invention too extraordinary. The inverting top was invented at wrong place, wrong time, and by the wrong person. To convince expert to realize inverting top a reality, the author have transformed the experimental device into commercial products available on eBay or amazon for

Conventional observation is far from enough to claim the law of inverse. The experimental design below deliver a very novel and strong spinning phenomenon to support the law of inverse. The name for the experiment device is inverting top, which look like a hoax. To convince the expert the inverting top being a reality, the inverting top have made available in online stores: Amazon and eBay. But still the inverting top is too fantasy to be science. It took fours years for this invention to get u.s. Patent number, which be convincing enough for some experts to believe the invention being real. If it is real, it means a mistake in our science because know against the invention. This is the reason nobody want to invent it until now.
Physic expert not only have to expect the unexpected, but also have to accept the unexpected simply because it is already a reality.

It is time to build a experimental device to find out if the fantasy could be become reality. The inventor has been trying to present the video to experts, but every one of then is considered consider the video is a hoax. Not even bother to investigate further by asking for the the device.
