Dear all, myself TANIA MUKHERJEE .
Our LAW AWARENESS CHILD'S TRUE FRIEND , is mainly a research-based NGO , we have build up the NGO with loads of passion, dedication and hard work. IF we all UNITE , we can do something wonderful for Mother Earth, Justice and for World Peace. I firmly believe, that till date, due to shortage of fund (as on till date , we have never looked for fundraising ) we are undertaking trifle works, but, we are much hopeful and firmly believe ,that , by God's grace , by honesty, by our ardent hard work, we shall develop the NGO such, that we can do great project/s.
At present we are looking for our, mother sponsor, so that, at our earliest we can re-organize our selves and work with re-focus and re-set. Our respective missions and our ultimate vision, needs our intensified attention for the respective works and our Mother Sponsor for the same.

One of our earliest made video, so as to identify the areas of our scope to work on. Human Rights without the basic substantiality of life , scientifically has no meaning. We firmly believe , if we have to work on the awareness of HUMAN RIGHTS , then we also have to get involved, with other areas too, and create overall awareness, which shall consequently effect the exact kind of HUMAN RIGHTS AWARENESS we dream about.
We are humbled , that our this, respective video was tagged under "Climate Change " and mentioning, is by the UNITED NATIONS. The video is in hindi language and is a trifle effort to express the importance of drinking water and TREES. WE, provide necessary guidance for free to those suffering from Legal hassles. We try our best to provide such direction, that , the respective Legal issue is addressed to the necessary Administrative Departments at first instead directly prayed before a Learned Court of Law. Common people, particularly those who have no financial stand are exploited, even by the very instrument/s of Law , which in reality was made to protect the innocent and uphold Justice for all.
Due to prioritizing the confidentiality of the member/s and / or , those who are availing as such,our social services , we have not produced all as such brief/s in a chronological manner. In the matter of viewer's understanding, about the nature of our works , as samples ,we have provided the respective photos as such.

CATS ,awareness on cats are extremely important for human beings as per SCIENCE.More than two generations , we have taken care of more than 500+ Cats & particularly the kittens. We rescue kittens, provide LOVE , shelter and basic necessities, thereafter, they takes decisions to roam around as per nature or stays with us till their last day. They are all FAMILY MEMBERS of our LAW AWARENESS CHILD'S TRUE FRIEND.
DOGS, awareness on keeping a stray dog as a family member is inevitably a SCIENTIFIC boon for all human beings, provided by Mother Nature, are a formidable family member of our LAW AWARENESS CHILD'S TRUE FRIEND.
Due to lack of funds and space, we are presently restricted with few , its our dream to create such ambiance and set examples for all be educated about the scientific importance about keeping at-least one Indian PARIAH DOG (Desi Indian Dogs)
BIRDS, the awareness of birds and supporting them is EXTREMELY VITAL as per SCIENCE for human beings, we do our part by keeping water at places where birds can readily access. We talk about the same to people and try create awareness among all. Afternoon, we provide food for the Birds at our locality.

THE HISTORIC CASE AT HON'BLE HIGH COURT, CALCUTTA AFTER 1947 THE FIRST OF IT'S KIND , "THE CUSTODY BATTLE FOR A DOG" ,OUR HARDEST FIGHT SO FAR, TO RESCUE A DOG FROM HER DRUNKARD, SO-CALLED, MASTER. We wanted to rescue the dog at any cost from the clutches of that drunkard, who used to beat up the dog mercilessly and used TO KICK THE DOG FOR FUN, for which we were even in a situation where if we would have lost the respective case, our General Secretary would had been arrested, our very career was at stake. ULTIMATELY , BY GOD'S GRACE , LOVE TRIUMPHED.

Today's World , runs with the internet and social networking, we feel it as our duty to create as such , much awareness among the people about the serious World issue/s as such, for the generations to come. We have already destroyed much balance of Mother Nature due to ignorance , it is high time for us to create as such awareness for the betterment of the future Earth.

Our though process on the project A.S.B.P "Bye Bye Rape." originated as a seed , in the year 2013/2014. We went for establishing the same as on 2024 but failed due to lack of consistent efforts and in-depth meditation on the subject , it is only as on 2025, we have a complete thought process, doctored the micro aspects and has engineered a blueprint of the plan, with consideration of factors like if the, project A.S.B.P. is not supported by Government/s fund / Corporate/s fund, United Nation's fund, for if the fund is tight for them and without as such, we can still proceed to make it happen, in the name of GOD. To save millions of girls and secure JUSTICE.
We have several times , encountered with dire situations, where a woman either severely beaten up by men , in most cases they were drunk. To rescue, the woman , ITS PRACTICALLY ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE to keep your head cool and relaxly video record or click photos of the same. At that point of time , one second may decide life and death of that woman,who is absolutely horrified by the sudden attack upon her, that too, when few men already surrounds her and incapacitated her .
As such , from time to time , we ardently indulged ourselves to engineer such a plan which shall counter RAPE itself . That's our project A.S.B.P. "Bye Bye Rape." we are in a budding stage at present and so confidentiality is maintained.

Present days, with respect to NGO'S the good news is ,we do not have the adverse feelings , of competition, which ruins our very capabilities and humane qualities, instead , we NGO'S in most cases works hand in hand to achieve our common objectives for the betterment of our Society, our Nation and our World at large. We are extremely thankful to eminent NGOS , who collaborates with us and or inspires us , develop us , in every way possible.
We remain ever thankful to GIANT NGOS , like the ISHA FOUNDANATION, BRAHMAKUMARIS , RAMKRISHNA MISSION , to ever inspire us & involves us in the educative programmes , we are thankful to Veteran Actress, INDIA, Priyanka Chopra & GLOBAL CITIZEN (we achieved 1.1K points till date ) where from we address all GLOBAL ISSUES, Legal petitions & as such. We all have cloths , that we generally do not use, but they occupies space in our house, as per report from ChatGpt 2024, more than 230 MILLION people World-wide lacked access to adequate clothing. Around 700 MILLIONS people ( about 10% of the World population) still live in extreme poverty. Meaning, they struggle with basic needs like food , housing and clothing.
WE can do our part & ENCOURAGE others , create awareness as such.
YOU can HELP us , by providing informations on people in need and / or people who wants to distribute.
