FAQ

1. Time and Location

• The LAW 2025 workshop will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST on November 7th in Upper Level Ballroom 20D of the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, USA.

2. Remote Participation Policy (Critical)

• NeurIPS workshops are in-person by default.

• Remote talks must be approved by the Workshop Chairs.

• Presenters (even remote) must have a NeurIPS registration.

• All workshops are live-streamed via Zoom (link to be found after registration) and recorded by Slideslive.

3. Poster Logistics (Important) https://neurips.cc/Conferences/2025/PosterInstructions 

• No poster boards; posters must be taped on the walls provided with command strips only.

• Posters need to be on lightweight paper.

• Please make your posters 24W x 36H inches, portrait layout

• Posters can only be put up after 8:00 AM on the workshop day.

4. Pre-recorded Videos / Virtual Posters (Optional for ALL posters; Necessary for Virtual Posters)

• Authors record videos themselves (no SlidesLive platform).

• Organizers add video URLs to each event entry.

5. Catering & Break Times

• Coffee breaks: 9:00–10:00 AM and 3:00–3:30 PM

• Lunch: 12:00–1:30 PM (box lunches provided)

• Snacks during breaks are not guaranteed
