Welcome! My name is Lavender Yang, and I am a PhD candidate in Accounting at Carnegie Mellon University Tepper School of Business. 

I am broadly interested in corporate disclosure, with a particular focus on sustainability reporting, standard settings, and bank regulations. Prior to my PhD, I worked as a rotational associate at the Royal Bank of Canada's Toronto Office.
