I'm an associate professor of computer science & bioinformatics at the Université de Lille. Most of my teaching is done within the FIL (Formations en Informatique de Lille), at the Licence Informatique de Lille. I also teach in the Master Bio-informatique - Parcours Méthodes informatiques et statistiques pour les OMICS.  

I'm a member of the BONSAI bioinformatics & computational biology research group located in the CRIStAL lab (Centre de Recherche en Informatique, Signal et Automatique de Lille) formerly LIFL (Laboratoire d'Informatique Fondamentale de Lille) lab.
