This Privacy Policy explains how Laurent Tenun ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Laurent Tenun mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
We collect the following information so we can process your orders and deliver products to you:
Account information — your name and email address, obtained when you sign in (including via Google Sign-In).
Contact & delivery information — your phone number and delivery address, which you provide when placing an order.
Location information — when you choose a delivery location, we use the coordinates you select to calculate delivery distance and time. We do not track your location in the background.
Order & transaction information — items you order, order history, and loyalty points.
Images you upload — such as payment proof or custom-order references.
Device information — a device identifier and push-notification token, used to send you order updates.
To create and manage your account.
To process, fulfil, and deliver your orders.
To calculate delivery distance, time, and fees.
To award and track loyalty points.
To send order-status notifications and respond to your enquiries.
To improve and secure the App.
We use trusted third-party services to operate the App. These providers process data on our behalf:
Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Messaging) — account login, data storage, and notifications.
Google Sign-In — to let you sign in with your Google account.
Google Maps / Places / Routes — to select delivery locations and calculate distance.
Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, including the Google Privacy Policy.
Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see below).
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the email below. To delete your account and associated data, email us with your registered account details and we will process your request.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
