Rome and Florence, Italy

I was able to Experience seeing the Statue of David and Roman colosseum. While wandering the streets in Florence I was able to meet various artists that making a living off of the selling their work at booths every day to tourists. I was able to be immersed in Italy's amazing culture for two weeks.

Echizen, Japan

While traveling in Japan I had the privilege of firing an anagama kiln, which is a Japanese wood kiln. I also participated in traditional tea ceremonies and Echizen's yearly pottery festival.

Madrid, Spain

Throughout Spain I was able to experience a world of food and art. We toured various museums, seeing pieces created by Fransisco Goya and Pablo Picasso. While in Madrid we also were able to experience a real Spanish bull fight.
