Strategic Plan

Serving on the first Strategic Planning Steering Committee as a parent representative gave Lauren a unique opportunity to facilitate some of the important conversations regarding the priorities and direction of the Medway schools. It also allowed her to hear from many fellow parents about their educational values and hopes for their children.

Since being elected to the School Committee, Lauren has continued her work to help develop, implement, and oversee a Strategic Plan that clearly articulates the community's vision for the future of the schools and holds true to the pursuit of excellence for all children in Medway.
