My name is Lauren Ipock, and I am a junior at Old Dominion University continuing my degree in Sports Management. I earned my Associate of Science degree from Tidewater Community College in 2025. I have a strong passion for the sports industry, with specific interests in sports operations, sports media, and sports marketing.

Alongside my love for sports, I’m also passionate about graphic design and photography. I enjoy creating visual content and using design and imagery to tell stories, promote brands, and capture meaningful moments. I’m motivated, creative, and detail-oriented, and I’m always looking for opportunities to gain hands-on experience and continue growing within the sports and media fields.
