Ready to Ship items ship within 3 business days but if you are in the Austin, TX area pick-up or delivery arrangements can me make.
We recommend ordering approximately 2-3 weeks before the date you need your order (longer during our busy holiday season) shipped although items often arrive sooner than that. We never guarantee a delivery date 100% due to unforeseen issues that can arise during production or with the shipping/postal service.
$35 for Priority Mail Shipping in the continental US. Extra fee on other destinations or rush orders. My calculated shipping fee is done to give you the option of the fastest or the cheapest. If you are in the Austin, TX area free pick-pick up or delivery can be arranged.

If your item arrives with a flaw or is damaged during transit we will of course replace it. Please send us photos of the flaw or damage via an Etsy conversation within 24 hours of receipt and we will have a new item made up and shipped out as soon as possible.
Given the personalized nature of our products, we do not generally accept returns due to changing one's mind.
Can you include a gift-note with my order?
Absolutely! Please leave any information you want in a gift note in the order notes box during checkout. No pricing information will ever be included in your package and a gift note is free of charge.
