    • Currently the Learning Experience Design Specialist for Chesterfield County Public Schools, who manages the learning record system and supports the compliance and learning of over 7500 employees.
    • In 2019, earned the Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) certification from the Association of Talent Development. This certification specializes in the following areas of expertise: instructional design, learning technologies, training delivery, global mindset, and measurement and evaluation of training.
    • Over 10 years of experience as an instructional designer; responsible for planning, designing, developing, documenting and testing digital learning experiences (modules) using Articulate 360, an eLearning design application.
    • Considerable knowledge in eLearning development and instructional design, having created over 50 innovative learning and training modules for multiple departments, including technology, human resources, operations and safety, student support services, curriculum and instruction, and professional development.
    • 15 years of experience developing and utilizing learning management systems and other applications to present learning materials online anywhere, anytime using a variety of devices.
    • Adaptable to both online and in person facilitation of learning and development opportunities for a variety of audiences types and sizes.
    • Strength in adapting and modifying curriculum materials and media provided by subject matter experts and other resources using proven instructional design methods to ensure learner/user success through online and traditional learning environments.
    • Over 15 years of experience creating and implementing training and assistance with newer technologies or models for varying employee groups(administrators, instructional, classified, non-contractual).
