Chats
Chats are similar to text messages. You can send a message to anyone within the organization at any time. Messages can be sent to communicate improtant information throughout the day. Messages can be long or short in length and are sent immediately. Communication will be easy using MS TEAMS.

Chats can be held in small group conversations or one-to-one conversations. Once channels care created, posts can be shared in form of a chat with all included members. This makes it easy to share quick up-to-date information that needs go out immediately. Conversations are saved for easy retrieval and for easy response management.
