I am a PhD candidate in Business and Finance and a teaching assistant at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M). I began my academic career at the University of Havana, where I taught and conducted research in economics and social policy.

Over time, my research interests have evolved toward organizational behavior, driven by a desire to understand how individuals and teams can effectively collaborate within complex systems. I am particularly passionate about how diverse teams adapt to change, and how leadership structures can support inclusion, coordination, and resilience.

My current work integrates insights from economics and organizational behavior to explore how team dynamics and identity factors influence adaptation in multiteam systems. Through this line of research, I aim to contribute to the development of more inclusive and high-performing organizational environments—both in theory and in practice.
