I chose to do a still life of a record player surrounded by different objects found around my house.
For this piece of art work we focused on shading and placement and that is why we drew him upside down, and again in this piece we used highlight, core shadow, and mid-tones to create this artwork.
For this piece of artwork we got to deside what we wanted the artwork to be, but we needed to incorporate geomertric and organic shapes. And while doing so I created a trippy affect around the apple to create the alusion that it is floating.
This was the first of our tree study and I use the concepts of highlights, core-shadows, mid-tones to create depth within this piece of artwork.
In this side profile portrait we were working towards getting the features right on this man and placement of the features right aswell. I used highlight, mid-tones , and core-shadows to create Daryl.
