Sometimes you just want that basket gone, the washing done, and everything returned fresh, clean, folded and ready to put away.

That’s where Laundry On The Run comes in. We take care of the washing, drying and folding, with ironing available when you need it, so you can spend your time doing the things that matter more to you. 

One of the things that makes Laundry On The Run a little different is the personal service and communication you receive from the very beginning. I like to know my customers and understand exactly how you would like your laundry cared for. For your first service, I prefer having a quick phone conversation so we can talk about what you need and any preferences you may have. Once we know each other, we can simply keep in touch by text.

And we don’t just fold everything and mix it all together. Your family’s laundry is sorted into individual groups — Mum, Dad, the kids, baby — so everyone’s clothes stay together. When your laundry comes home, there’s no sorting through piles trying to work out what belongs to who. Open the bag, take each group to the right room, and pack it away. Simple.

You can drop your laundry off to us, or we can pick it up and deliver it back to your door. Our usual turnaround is 24–48 hours, and when laundry is dropped off early enough, same-day service may be available.

And because life is busy, we don’t have to meet face-to-face for every collection or delivery. You can leave your laundry at your front door ready for collection. I’ll let you know when I’m on my way, keep you updated while your laundry is with me, let you know when your invoice has been sent, and message you again when I’m on my way to return it. Once it has been delivered, I’ll let you know it’s safely back at your door.

You’re kept in the loop from collection right through to delivery, so you always know what’s happening with your laundry.
