Our Mission: is to provide children with well-rounded homeschool-style education in a center-based environment. We do this by promoting, facilitating and celebrating multiple geniuses and flexible learning styles. 

Our Vision: is to raise up servant leaders that are thoughtfully educated and equipped to make generational change for themselves, their families and the community. 

The "PAD" in LaunchPAD stands for (Performance Adapted Development), which means we adapt our learning strategies based on our learners' different stages of development. We grow and change our strategies as their learning needs grow and change. We utilize stage appropriate strategies to provide child-initiated activities in a stimulating environment.

Knowing that God is the source of all life, knowledge, and power gives our little leaders a foundation for a strong future where ever life may lead them. 

2. Learning for a Lifetime 

We encourage life-long learning. We know hat learning means growing. In order to keep on growing, one must keep on learning.

3. Learning through Multiple Geniuses 

There is no one right way to learn. Every learner is different so being resourceful and finding different strategies to facilitate successful learning in many creative ways is necessary 

4. Learning how "I" Learn  

Each learner is responsible for taking control of thier personal learning journey. Little leaders must know their personal learning style and learning needs in order to accomplish their goals. 

Below is a breakdown of our classes of children:

Infants: 6 weeks to 12 months 

Toddlers: 12 months to 24 months

Two's: 24 months 

Pre-k: 3 years to 6 years 

Our center uses a combination curriculum. Our Classroom Leaders (Teachers) plan their weekly lesson plans from the Circle Curriculum. This is TRS(Texas Raising Star) and state approved educational material for preschool children. Each Classroom uses a lesson plan that guide daily activities including:

Bible Stories/Study

Leadership Training 

Structured learning activities pertaining to Math, Reading and writing

Regular indoor and Outdoor 30-45 min play time 

Personal Development Training
